The location very near mosque and it’s has some of shops and cafes around the hotel. The key for rooms very sensitive very fast became error so need to change again the door key from reception

ay before i arrived i received a message from the hotel asking if i had any special requirements😁. i put in a request and they came through on it. the staff were very helpful especially the little ladies on the front desk. my stay was as i expected or even beyond … good size clean rooms with awesome views . (i got haram view). 60 secs and your in the mosque. location couldn’t be better .. well worth checking them out👍

Excellent location for men . Right next to Gate, close to offer Salam, 1 minute walk. You can offer Salam with every Namaz. Everything in Hotel is new and excellent. They offered flexible checkout for me which was very important and helpful as usually Saptco VIP bus leaves madinah around 5:30 pm if you are travelling back to Haram. As hotel is new and resturant isnt open yet please call and check about food options beforehand from reception. There are resturants around the back around 5 to 7 minutes walk

First reception supervisor especially Mr. Ayman and the gracious sister did indeed do pride for young people and women Saudis reception wonderful quick response really the best place I recommend to my colleagues 😊 Also, I would like to mention the two worlds on the cleanliness of the room, all of them are excellent workers, especially their supervisor Roshan and the room worker Simon is a top in literature In the end, I would like to thank all of you for the service you provided and I promise that I will only stay in the city in that hotel, and thank you and God bless you.

Awesome!!!!

The hotel is very clean and close to the sanctuary. The reception staff are wonderful and helpful, especially the women professor Saba and Rasha Al-Haram Mosque.
